Upon further investigation into the facts and the client's record while on probation the prosecutor agreed to the satisfactory completion of probation, reduction of resisting an officer by force or violence down to misdemeanor resisting an officer, and upon the client's plea of guilty to the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle to suspend all jail time and place him back on supervised probation.
