- License suspended for three years

- Must complete VASAP
- Probation for three years
- Third offense
- Fine: $1,000 up to $2,500
- Minimum three months in jail
- Mandatory six months in jail and Class 6 felony charge if it is your second offense in five years
- Mandatory 90 days in jail if it is your second offense in 10 years
- Up to five years in penitentiary
- License suspended indefinitely
- Can petition court for restricted driving privileges after three years
- Ignition interlock device required as long as you have a restricted license
- Prosecutor can ask court to forfeit your vehicle to the state

- Mandatory one year in jail
- All other penalties are the same as those for a third offense
